All week. 'Incredible Inventions' family trail at Petworth House in W Sussex runs all week, suitable for 4-12 year olds. Also on all week, the Aroid Display in the Glasshouse at RHS Wisley.
Monday. Buggyfit at Polesden Lacey is calling you today! This post natal exercise program aims to help strengthen and stabilise the post pregnancy body, specifically targeting those weaker muscles. Classes vary each week to always keep exercises interesting and fun in the fabulous fresh air and beautiful grounds of Polesden Lacey. Also runs on Thursday.

Thursday Does your toddler like the outdoors? Then Wild Tots at Nower Wood could be for them. The sessions provide a wonderful opportunity for your little ones to experience and learn from nature and include arts & crafts, games, exploration, mud kitchens, mini beasts and so much more.
If you are feeling active, Buggyfit at Polesden Lacey is also running today. Whilst your there, why not pop in at lunchtime to listen to a spotlight talk about Women of Substance at Polesden Lacey whilst the little one naps (fingers crossed!)
Friday Wild Tots at Newlands Corner provides a wonderful opportunity for your little ones to experience and learn from nature and include arts & crafts, games, exploration, mud kitchens, mini beasts and so much more.
Other activities for little ones today include Crafty Storytime at Haslemere Library and for the grown ups Exploring the Arboretum at Winkworth and also a workshop for mums about Baby weaning hosted by Busylizzy Guildford.
All weekend. Birds of prey fans can enjoy two fantastic displays this weekend. Both Birds of Prey at RHS Wisley and Henfold Birds of Prey at Hobbledown are running all weekend. Costume Encounters at Petworth Park is also on both Saturday and Sunday.
Saturday. Grab a bargain at the Bumps2Babies Nearly New Sale in Caterham or head to the 'How do I?' Fashion and Beauty event at The Square in Camberley. Or later during the evening enjoy the thrill of the Fairground at Night at Hollycombe Steam Museum.
Sunday. Farnham Food Festival is on today with samples of delicious food, tips from chefs, cookery demonstrations and local live music.
It's a great day for transport mad families this weekend! Vehicle related events include Train rides at Great Cockrow Railway or Train rides at Mizens Miniature Railway in Knaphill.
There's a chance to get fitter by joining the Trust10 10km runs at Polesden Lacey. The event is fun and not timed so it's really just a chance to try have a run without any pressure! Or join the Walk4Hope in Richmond Park. On a similar sporting theme come visit The Hockey Museum in Woking to celebrate National Sporting Heritage Day.
