Camberley Theatre returns with not one but two fantastic Theatre in the Park performances in the beautiful, leafy setting of London Road Recreation Ground on Saturday 28 July.
Starting at 1pm, the first performance is Pumpkin Panto’s production of Red Riding Hood. Bursting with brilliant songs, jam-packed with jokes and crammed full of colourful characters, Red Riding Hood is so funny you’ll be howling with laughter!
Camberley Theatre strives to make its performances more accessible to ensure as many people as possible have the opportunity to fully enjoy a theatre experience. For the first time at a Theatre in the Park event, the performance of Red Riding Hood will be BSL interpreted. Sign Language is a visual means of communicating using gestures, facial expression, and body language. Sign Language is used mainly by people who are deaf or have hearing impairments.
Starting at 6pm, the second production is The HandleBard’s all-female production of Romeo and Juliet. You can expect riotous amounts of energy, a fair old whack of chaos, and a great deal of laughter. This is Romeo and Juliet as you’ve never seen it before!
Seating at both events is unreserved. As the event takes place in the park, please feel free to bring low backed chairs and blankets. Drinks and snacks will be available to purchase on site.
Tickets can be purchased in person at the Camberley Theatre Box Office, via phone on 01276 707600 or online at www.camberleytheatre.
