Bright Horizons, a leading provider of high-quality childcare and early education, is delighted to announce we are to open a brand new nursery in Surbiton this autumn – Bright Horizons Surbiton Ewell Road Day Nursery and Preschool.

The nursery will be open Monday to Friday, from 7.30am – 6.30pm, all year-round and offer six individual rooms tailored to each age group, with external play areas for each where children can flourish and explore while building a lifelong love of learning. All age rooms have been designed to be flexible, with good access to the nursery garden.

Children who attend the nursery will be well prepared to transition to school with our Ready for School Programme which includes Growing Readers, Writers and Mathematicians. All of our food is freshly cooked by our nursery chef and is nutritionally balanced.

The nursery will be led by Nursery Manager Hannah Hopkins who has more than 10 years of childcare experience behind her.

"I can't wait to open a brand new nursery, meet all the families and build relationships with all the parents and children,” said Hopkins.  “I am looking forward to working with local business and bringing something a bit different to Surbiton.

“I have been in childcare for 10 years now I absolutely love my job, I find it incredibly rewarding. I love meeting new families and helping and supporting them with settling in to nursery. I am also a mum myself with a lovely 17-month-old little boy.”

Hopkins also said her vision has always been to create a safe environment where all the children can learn, develop and grow in a safe environment. The children will also be joined by our Bright Horizons health and safety mascot Candy Floss on a daily basis.

“I am very excited to be opening our brand new Surbiton Ewell Road Nursery and meeting you all,” said Hopkins.

Where possible, the nursery will also look to offer flexible booking patterns to parents and a range of funding options, including the government’s 30 hours funded childcare provision.
